Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp lime juice
- sweetener to taste

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds — stop as soon as it's smooth, since over-blending frozen mango can thin the lassi out.
