Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Add coconut milk and coconut water to the blender first — starting with liquid near the blades helps everything blend smoothly without a chunky bottom layer.
