Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- sweetener to taste (stevia, or 1 tsp maple syrup)
Method

Brew your coffee as usual and pour it into a large mug.

Warm the almond milk gently in a small pot or the microwave — almond milk has less protein than dairy, so it can look thin and separate if it heats too fast. Keep it just below a simmer.

Whisk the cinnamon and vanilla into the warm almond milk until fully combined.

Pour the almond milk mixture into the coffee, stir, and sweeten to taste.
