Ingredients

  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or allulose
  • ice

Method

    Steep the tea bags and ginger in hot water for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.

    Stir in the sweetener while the tea is still warm so it dissolves fully.

    Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold — adding ice to hot tea dilutes the flavor, so chilling first keeps it strong.
