Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 scoop unsweetened vanilla protein powder (dairy-free)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ice as needed

Method

    Add almond milk and cherries to the blender first.

    Blend on high until the cherries break down completely, about 30 seconds.

    Add the protein powder and vanilla, then pulse just until combined — over-blending protein powder can make the shake foamy instead of creamy.
