Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup or allulose
- 1 cup cold sparkling water
- ice

In the bottom of a glass or shaker, muddle the raspberries gently for about 15 seconds until juicy but not fully pureed.

Strain the muddled raspberries through a fine mesh strainer into a glass to remove the seeds, if desired.

Stir in the lemon juice and sweetener.

Add ice, top with sparkling water, and stir gently before serving.
