Ingredients

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • drizzle of allulose syrup or maple syrup
  • pinch of cinnamon

Method

    Toast the gluten-free bread until golden.

    Whisk the tahini with lemon juice — it will thicken and look clumpy at first, that's just the acid reacting with the sesame paste.

    Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking until the tahini loosens into a smooth, drizzle-able consistency.

    Spread a thin layer of tahini over the toast, top with pear slices, a light drizzle of syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
