Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups steamed broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded dairy-free cheddar-style cheese (a melting variety)
- 1/4 onion, diced
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Whisk eggs with almond milk, salt, and pepper.
