Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or allulose

Method

    Brew your coffee as usual, hot.

    Add the coffee, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sweetener to a blender.

    Blend on high for 20-30 seconds — this is the key step: blending emulsifies the fat into tiny droplets so the coffee turns creamy and frothy instead of leaving an oily layer on top.
