- 1 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup or allulose

Brew your coffee as usual, hot.

Add the coffee, coconut oil, cinnamon, and sweetener to a blender.
