Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1 tbsp allulose or maple syrup

Method

    Combine oats, almond milk, coconut yogurt, and vanilla in a jar, stirring well.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Just before serving, drizzle the cinnamon-sweetener mixture over the top and swirl it through with a knife or toothpick — swirling instead of stirring is what creates the marbled look and keeps pockets of concentrated cinnamon flavor throughout.
