Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or allulose

Method

    Combine all ingredients in a jar, stirring well to make sure the applesauce is evenly distributed.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight — using applesauce here instead of raw diced apple means the flavor and moisture spread through the whole jar, instead of staying crunchy in just one spot.
