Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/4 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp allulose or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method

Whisk the coconut milk and cocoa powder together first until completely smooth — doing this before adding the chia seeds prevents the cocoa from clumping into dry pockets once the mixture starts to gel.
