Fudgy Chocolate Brownies (Dairy-Free)
Pulling the brownies from the oven when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs still clinging to it, not completely clean, is what keeps them fudgy instead of cakey and dry.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dairy-free butter, melted
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup allulose
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Method
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- 2
Whisk melted dairy-free butter and cocoa powder together until smooth, then whisk in allulose.
- 3
Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla, until glossy.
- 4
Fold in almond flour and salt until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- 5
Bake 22-25 minutes. Test with a toothpick inserted in the center — a few moist crumbs clinging to it means it's done; a completely clean toothpick means it's overbaked and will turn out cakey and dry instead of fudgy. Cool completely before slicing.
