One-Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken & Asparagus

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down 4-5 minutes until golden.

Flip chicken, add garlic to the pan, and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Arrange asparagus around the chicken, drizzle with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and zest.
