Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

    Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place salmon fillets on the sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

    Top with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper, and arrange lemon slices over each fillet.
