Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, oregano)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp dairy-free mayo
  • 8 corn tortillas

    Pat cod fillets dry and coat evenly with blackening seasoning.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook cod 3-4 minutes per side until it flakes easily and is nicely charred.
