Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 4 tbsp dairy-free butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Whisk melted dairy-free butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers, piercing through both the thick end and the tail end of each shrimp — threading it this way, through two points instead of just once through the middle, keeps the shrimp from spinning uselessly when you go to flip the skewer.

Brush the skewers generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Grill or broil 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
