Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
