Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp allulose or honey-style syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Method

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk tamari, allulose, garlic, and ginger together to make the glaze.

  2. 2

Toss broccoli with olive oil on a sheet pan, then nestle the salmon fillets among the florets.

  3. 3

Brush half the glaze over the salmon.

  4. 4

Roast 12-14 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze halfway through — building the glaze in layers like this gives a deeper, glossier coating than pouring it all on at once.

  5. 5

Broil for the last 1-2 minutes if you want a slightly caramelized top.
