Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup salsa

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and let it brown undisturbed for 3-4 minutes before breaking it apart — this builds a flavorful browned crust on the bottom of the pan instead of just gray, steamed meat.
