Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp allulose (or sugar-free sweetener)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Method

Toss sliced beef with cornstarch to lightly coat.

Steam or blanch broccoli 3-4 minutes until bright green and just tender, then set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp avocado oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Sear beef in batches 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove.

Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger to the pan, cooking 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk tamari, rice vinegar, and allulose together, pour into the pan, and simmer 1 minute. Return beef and broccoli to the pan, toss to coat, and serve hot.
