Ingredients
- 3 lb pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce (allulose-sweetened)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Method

Rub pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Place pork in a slow cooker, pour broth around the sides, and cook on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.

Remove pork, shred with two forks, discarding excess fat.
