Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 tbsp dairy-free butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method

Pat steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak in batches 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add dairy-free butter and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking 4-5 minutes until golden.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
