Whipped Everything Bagel Cream Cheese Spread (Dairy-Free)

- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for a full 2 minutes, until visibly lighter in color and fluffy — whipping it this long with a mixer beats actual air into the cream cheese, which is what gives it a light, spreadable texture; briefly stirring it by hand with a spoon just softens it without adding any volume, leaving it dense.
