Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked at least 4 hours
  • 1 cup brewed chai tea, cooled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp allulose (optional)

Method

    Soak raw cashews in water for at least 4 hours, or overnight in the fridge, then drain — this long soak softens the cashews enough to blend into a genuinely silky, creamy texture; unsoaked raw cashews stay gritty no matter how long you blend them.

    Add the drained cashews and cooled chai tea to the blender, blending on high until completely smooth.
